I really liked this shot only because it had action in it. I love action pictures and to take one is so cool. This was in Moorea and I knew when I was in the water that I wanted a picture like this. So I asked my friend to try and shoot out of the water and make like you're poping out to me. So she tried a few times and towards that end I captured the shot that I was satisfied with. It seemed to me that she bursted out of the water wanting to breathe again.

could be better if the line at the back is horizontally straight. try to PS that and see the difference

the water looks like its twirling around her..... and yea she looks like shes been under the water for ages and wants to breath again... but not like gasping for breath cuz shes drowning... its kinda in a happy way, aborbing more life, if that makes any sense :D hehe. its a beautiful photo ;)

This is one of the best pix if it's type I've ever seen! The water seems to envelope her in an embrace. Only wish the top of her head showed.
